My item has still not arrived, is this normal??

The standard delivery time is 8 to 20 daysopen. Standard international delivery by La Poste and Swiss Post is offered, and usually takes 10 days.

Why delivery is 8-20 days if you ship from France with Colissimo?

When you place an order on our site, our TechDeal technicians are tasked with preparing your order carefully at our premises located in Europe, particularly in France and Switzerland. If your product is not available in the nearest logistics center, then the delivery time may be slightly extended, but still within the announced deadlines. As soon as your package is ready, you will receive an email to notify you of its shipment accompanied by the

I want to cancel my order, is it possible?

Yes you have 24 hours from the moment your order has been paid for. Just send us an email. We will cancel your order and process 100% refund within 48 hours. The refund may take time to appear in your bank account. We collect your orders with our partner Stripe.
