The products sold by TechDeal benefit from the guarantee by the after-sales service TechDeal for a period of 12 months .

If your product breaks down, you can get TechDeal customer support. Our technicians are at your disposal to help you solve a problem that has arisen following a malfunction of your equipment.

If you notice that your product is defective from the first uses, within 30 days of your purchase, we can offer you an exchange or a refund. You also have the extension of the current guarantee, the immobilization time of your device in the event of an intervention of the after-sales service.

The TechDeal warranty does not apply to iOS internal software or updates; to cosmetic damage, including scratches and scuffs, unless the damage is due to a manufacturing defect; to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or any other external cause; to damage caused by any intervention carried out by any third party that the TechDeal support ; defects resulting from normal wear or normal aging of the equipment.
